Kid friendly beaches - With rest rooms

by Tanya
(Batemans Bay)

We always go to a beach that is manned by the lifesavers.

Not only is this for general safety, it also means there will be a facility available with public toilets. When you're at the beach with younger kids this is crucial.

If you've not taken your kids to the beach before, have you thought about what you'll do if you need to change a stinky nappy, or how you'll explain to your preschooler that there is no toilet available for them to use.

Most young children have not gained the art of compromise. This is one of the most important factors for our family when choosing a destination for a visit to the beach.
